She studied tantra yoga extensively with masters in Thailand after leaving her traumatic past behind for a brighter future. Having been the product of rape and human trafficking for a decade, her fate would have been sealed by statistics to either death or a life of addiction. Instead, she took charge of her life and created her own destiny. 

The O Factors LLC is her international intimacy coaching business where she hosts global retreats and facilitates tantric, intimacy coaching. Working with Professional Athletes, Executives, Surgeons, Entrepreneurs, International Models, and leaders of all government levels local and global brings a sense of luxury to the programs and services. 

One of her proudest self discoveries is creating a college club which now she is the founder of the club turned Nonprofit Beyond Freedom International. The mission is to educate the community while helping human trafficking survivors holistically heal and thrive.

During the recovery process, Keith became a master of conscious breath, mindfulness and developed a new relationship to Self. After regaining functionality, he used Yoga to rebuild his body and integrate a new level of consciousness. 

Keith’s compelling story of healing trauma through holistic practices has captured the attention of a global media audience including Dr. Oz, MSNBC and CNN.He intends to create change on a legislative level through his Congressional Yoga Association with congressmen Charles Wrangle and Tim Ryan. His care plan, developed in partnership with the University of Rochester, help veterans heal Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and trauma through holistic practices. He created the Light It Up Foundation as a vehicle for educating a national community on health, nutrition and emotional well-being. More than 10k people participated in the organization’s most recent event in Los Angeles.
